Made from raw, non homogenized, dairy milk from the 100% grass-fed A2/A2 Jersey herd of David and Ester Esh of Lykens Valley Creamery in Millersburg, PA. Amish dairy farmers, all their milk is either sourced from their own farm or purchased from other nearby family member farms. The dairy herds are graze outdoors, on chemical-free pastures, using rotational (regenerative) grazing techniques to build up soil health, and generate nutrient-dense milk. The herd is raised without the use of antibiotics, wormers, hormones, or vaccines and the pastures maintained without herbicides or pesticides.
