Scrapple

Made from our farm-raised pigs, our scrapple is made in kettles with cornmeal and buckwheat flour blended with pork, pork skins, and livers.  Pan-fried and paired with maple syrup, this is a Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy not to be missed.
